Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Intelligent Technology, Inc. warrants its products* to be free from defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase by the consumer.  If at any time during the warranty period, the product has a defect in workmanship or material, Intelligent Technology, Inc. shall repair or replace it (at Intelligent Technologies, Inc's option) within a reasonable period of time. The end-consumer will be entitled to brand new replacement from their Visionsat authorized dealer if their Visionsat product is determined to be defective and the customer and product meets warranty requirements.

This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused as a result of software transfers, misuse, abusive operation, tampering, negligence, improper use, insufficient care or any act beyond the control of Freetech. The opinion of Intelligent Technology, Inc. with respect to this matter shall be final.

*= LNBs, Switches, and Cables are not warranted by Intelligent Technology, Inc.

WARNING:

When you buy a receiver from us, your receiver will be sent to you with the latest software and firmware available at the time when the unit is manufactured. Intelligent Technology, Inc. does not support third-party software, and if used, it will void the manufacturer's warranty.

Please note that receiver software is incompatible across various models. If you upload the wrong software and create a problem with the receiver, this will not only void your warranty but may make your receiver inoperable. File transfer errors are entirely the users responsibility and Intelligent Technology, Inc. is not responsible for any problems that may result.

To avoid invalidating your warranty, contact your dealer or distributor to have a factory-trained technician upload software to your receiver. Only official software and upgrades available from the Visionsat Official Website (www.visionsatcanada.com) can be used with your receiver. Under no circumstances, should any other software be used with the Visionsat receiver.
